1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk3game platform, including the website at pk3game.app, all associated mobile interfaces, the sportsbook, the casino lobby, crash games, live dealer tables, payment services, and any promotional programmes operated by pk3game ("the Platform").

By creating a pk3game account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk3game support may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the pk3game Platform, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify pk3game of any changes to your registered information promptly. pk3game accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

pk3game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the pk3game cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All PKR deposits made via verified payment methods are credited to your pk3game balance in real time or within the processing window specified for the relevant payment method. pk3game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed by pk3game within the timeframe stated in the cashier section. pk3game does not charge platform-side fees on PKR withdrawals for verified accounts; however, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own charges, for which pk3game accepts no liability.

All funds deposited into your pk3game account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits identified as originating from an unregistered third-party source may be returned and your account suspended pending investigation.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit unless you have completed enhanced verification.
• pk3game reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. pk3game accepts no responsibility for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, pk3game reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending full investigation and, where required, report the matter to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pk3game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all pk3game promotions:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotional terms explicitly permit stacking.

All bets placed on the pk3game sportsbook and all wagers made in the pk3game casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game. These rules are accessible from within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

pk3game reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• A manifest error in odds, pricing, or game logic has occurred due to technical malfunction or human error.
• A bet was placed after the relevant event had already commenced or concluded, due to a delay in feed data.
• There is credible evidence that the outcome of the relevant event was manipulated or that the player had access to non-public information at the time of betting.

In the event of a game or platform malfunction that interrupts a live session — including disconnection during a live casino round or a crash game — pk3game's official game logs constitute the definitive record of the session state. pk3game's decision on the outcome of interrupted sessions is final, subject to formal dispute resolution as set out below.

Maximum single-bet and total-exposure limits apply to all sportsbook markets and are displayed within the relevant market. pk3game reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at its sole discretion, including for accounts that demonstrate consistent winning patterns that the platform determines are not consistent with recreational play.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk3game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interaction.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any purpose connected to financial crime.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk3game Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of pk3game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content.

The pk3game name, logo, and associated brand marks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or third-party website without the prior written consent of pk3game.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

pk3game implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to all or part of the Platform. pk3game accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk3game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to preventing harm arising from problem gambling. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from every player's account dashboard, including:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk3game account.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be prompted to take a break.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

pk3game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pk3game.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy communicated separately.

Upon closure of an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within the standard processing window.

You may close your pk3game account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
